    Off topic, but I could have sworn that I named this poll, "Are you a victim of the bystander effect?"

      Yes. But then you asked if you would give aid to someone and based the poll choices off that question. If want you to know if someone is a victim of the bystander effect don't ask a completely different question in the description and polling choices.

        Crap, you're right! Discount the title then, and pretend the entire question was, "Would you aid someone if other people were present?" Sorry for the confusion.
