It's normal to think that, however you need convince yourself in your mind that you are sexy and a great catch. Start leaving your comfort zone, wear better clothes, and just say whatever pops in your head in conversations. Fake it until you make it. In high school I was certainly the farthest thing from sexy. I had long hair, wore stupid clothes from hot topic, and was anti social, but when I left I just started faking it and eventually it becomes a natural part of you.
