I was about the same at 19. No easy fix if you're an introvert.. you don't have to purposefully flirt as long as you can talk casually with people, eventually it'll happen. If you hit 25 or so you might consider a call girl. Just to be done with the nervous apprehension. Sounds crazy, but is it really?
