Is it normal to be 22 and dress like im 15.

Ok I know it sounds dumb but I really think that going to my university looking like a rapper on stage is kind of wierd. On weekends Im fine but I sometimes notice that most of the guys at my university look a lot more proffesional and I look like I am at a party. Is it too much or am I just overthinking this.

Is It Normal?
Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

  • You dress like a rapper? That sounds kind of homoerotic.

  • Dude fuck it, who really gives a shit. Dress however you feel like dressing. If people are judging you, they're assholes, so why would it matter? I certainly don't want assholes' approvals.

  • Are you there to party or to get an education? You should dress for what you have planned for the future not what you think will be cool or trendy. You pretty much get out of life what you put in. So if you just skate by, that is what you can expect to get back.

  • Hell, towns around the US (and possibly the world) have outlawed the 'rapper/hip hop' look and you think it's cool to wear that look at an institution for higher learning?
It seems you don't want anybody at your Uni to take you seriously. Just breezing through in your own little dream world?
