I agree lack of communication is the kiss of death for a relationship. We have talked about this and he says the same as you ultimately.
The difficulty is we have a small baby at home and a 2 year old starting nursery which doesnt give me a lot of free time at the moment. He said perhaps try mmo's like online multilayer type thing. Which I have tried in my spare time but none of the women (he is wary of me talking to the men) stop and talk much really ^_^;; it's a little embarrassing as I'm talking to them they just run past me.
What I need is to go back to work but with his job and my unstable hours it works out better off with me taking care of he little ones by a little bit.
So at the moment I'm just....sort of in a little bit of a pickle :/ a lonely little pickle......
