    Me thinks you discovered high quality greens, as such I, myself totally relate to your lettuce love. Deep dark green Romaine lettuce. Crispy with all that photosynthesized complex carbed antioxidant filled goodness. Makes my guts happy! Red Leaf lettuce :-) Yesss! I go for darker leaf varieties.

    I want a salad now.

    Have you had Arugula? It's addictive.
