Is it normal to act gay even when you're not gay?

I'm a straight dude but I often have the urge to act stereotypically feminine or stereotypically gay, especially online. My friends joke about it but I'm glad they accept the way I am. My traditional parents would never allow anything like that.

Being feminine isn't a 'Gay thing'. It's just a thing some people do. The amount of gays I know that are beefy hairy dudes who act like they have more testosterone than the average man is quite something, honestly. Or, many just act like, well, men, Because that's what they are. So y'know, if you think that gay people doing a certain thing makes it gay, I've got some bad news. It turns out that people are people and acting like a made up social gender expectation doesn't change who you are or who you like. So uh, yeah. Keep being human, you're fine, gender is a made up social construct dude.

  • I like being a little feminine

Archetypically, feminine energy encompasses intuition, empathy, creativity, and more

I mean the only thing "acting gay" actually means is just having gay sex and stuff.

In that case, its only gay if you enjoy it. If you don't like any part of your gay sexual experiences the heterosexuality increases exponentially with the number of gay encounters you don't enjoy.

There's really no better way to reinforce your heterosexuality than having continuously unsatisfying gay sex, no matter what your gender.

Id put together a graph to show the mathematics of this but im not like your mom or your math teacher or anything.

I don't know if it's normal or not to enjoy actually stereotypically gay when you're not, but it is quite common. I guess it's pretty normal to enjoy acting in a stereotypically gay way if your parents are overly conservative, and homophobic.
