If she does still try and talk to you and spend time with you, blah blah blah, well than you do still have a chance. What you basically need to do is continuously talk about sex, how you want to have sex with her, etc. If she really isn't ever going to have sex with you she will be gone so fast and you can just move onto the next girl. If you have a shot she wont be gone. Just make sure to set a time limit on how long you want to do this for, I'd suggest a week or so, depending on how bad you want to have sex with the girl.
