  • i always thought it just meant someone with spasms (american english difference?) although probably outdated i can't think of a better word, but I only recently learned that in british english it's very offensive
    I've also heard (from a Nurse) that people with fibromyalgia are weird, maybe because it fucks with even the nerves in their brain ? does this person actually have it or is this another weird attention seeking post?

    • In England if you called someone a spastic in work you would probably get fired. However I think they would make an exception for this person.

    • I've not heard that, but there are a lot of differences, so it's a possibility.

      I'm not saying that a person with fibromyalgia won't have symptoms, I know nothing about it. I'm just saying writing style etc...pumpkin spice.
