Is it normal tht my camera is doing this

I own a small, black Canon camera tht is 1yrs old.
For some reason, when i take a photo, everythng appears a misty white, and if i click the play button to see my photos, nothing happends.
Any clue what clue on what I should do??

    git some silica gel do not eat dessicant packs and put em with the camera in a sealed container in a warm dry place for a few days
