Is it normal this pattern?

I have a sleep pattern I really wanna get out of my life. I am on holiday and I sleep at 12 and get up at like 10 am, but then I am tired during the day and sleep more during the day, then stay up all night. I want to be that morning person, I have a goal to wake up to pray at 3-30 am and do housework or exercise and sleep early around 10 pm. Instead I am awake at night when I don't need to be as productive. How do I break this cycle?

Install an app on your phone to measure your sleep cycles and wake you up at your lightest stage.

I was skeptical at first but holy shit, from the moment I started to use it, I never felt so well awoken.

I use "Sleep Cycle", but there are more apps out there. You should try, it's a "lifehack" that did wonders to me ;)

Bite the bullet and get up at 3:30am.

If you can't drag your ass out of bed then put the alarm on the other side of the room. As soon as you turn off the alarm get some clothes on, down some water and then go outside. Suffer this a couple of times and you will be exhausted come 8pm, at which point you go to bed and sleep like a log. Then you find it easy to get up at 3:30 and start enjoying it.

I'd suggest taking melatonin. It can help reset your sleep schedule if you use it properly and for a certain amount of time.

As of right now, I'd suggest just doing everything you can to avoid midday naps. My go-to is Pokemon Go drives/walks when I start to feel dozy lol.

10pm is not early for a wake up time of 3:30am.

You break the cycle by forcing yourself to get up at whatever time you decide is going to be your wake up time. You don't nap.

    It isn't rocket science.
