Ok I talk to him and he told me he wasnt sure how I feel back then and that the problem is we are shy so we werent clear enough about our feelings then he made sad ":(" emoji about it. I told him we should see each other soon and he said he misses seeing me so we shoulde. He logged off after that so I dont know how he took the conversation but he wants to see me so we will plan when and then we will see I guess
I think that's a good sign that he wants to see you again. It kind of sounds like he wanted to take things further with you, but just didn't know how you felt about him. Good luck with your next meet up, and again don't put too much weight to it. Just be yourself and have fun together. That's the most important thing is to not put too much expectations on it.
