Apparently my friend said this happend to her.

My friend is 25 like myself but tbh who just randomly does something like this?
Especially a women to another stranger women haha?

She either was hitting on her or what?
Although my friend is kinda on the plus size so I dont think she was getting hit on

  Shouldn't be but they can be, it's the reality of humans however it simply means that the superficial attraction wont come your way and good heart and soul and mind will be in your life romantically seems like a blessing in disguise albeit quite well disguised I think the optimal position is to be average looking so that if you groom and clean yourself and develop a style you arent unattractive and your personality can shine through with some pleasant albeit not astoundingly attractive features

Sounds like a random act of kindness. People who do them find great joy in life with them...

I've been taught that the key to greater success is to perform random acts of kindness. You have to learn to give with no expectation of rewards before you are eligible for large rewards in life.

Yeah, she was probably hitting on her. Though her approach by giving randomly picked flowers was kinda cringy. I'm guessing the girl hitting on her had no idea how to approach anyone, decided to be brave, gave it a go.
