Is it normal When I scrape the gunk out from under my toenails an sniff it smells like stinky cheez?

    Your feet are extremely dirty, I would not recommend scraping and sniffing the "gunk" out of them. Wash your feet or you might get yourself athletes foot.

    If you practice good personal hygiene and this still happens then it could mean you have a fungal nail infection.

        It could still be fungal nail infection, I suppose, but it's harder to be sure because if you don't practice good personal hygiene then you will just be stinky regardless.

    Are you sniffing it? Or you can just smell it as soon as you scrape it out?
