Is it normal the college refuses give me imformation?

I got really angry today. I have a job currently im trying to leave. A college came and visited our work telling us about different programs they have. They also have programs which directly apply to our current job. They also said the adult school had an apprenticeship program and gave me an email. They said email for more details and now refuse to get back. I called the school directly and the guy said mo such thing exists. Even though there imformation saying it does on the booklet they gave us.

You can print a booklet. It's a money pit. Cut your losses.

Soooo many community colleges are scams. Theres one around here named Kaplan. For 30,000 you can get a useless degree. They even work with employers to get you a job as soon as you're done. That job pays a whopping 15 an hour! You could have got a job for more than 15 an hour without college but atleast you have a worthless degree!

Education is overrated - don't waste your money on these corrupt and money-grabbing institutions.

I went and visited a lot of colleges before I chose mine. It helped me know if I'd feel at home in the place and allowed me to ask specific questions, meet key people and find out detailed info that wasn't in the prospectus. Why don't you try visiting it in person?
