Wow that’s harsh. I think they would have major riots if they tried that here. 21 is considered well into adulthood here, although they did raise the age for leaving education from 16 to 18 about 7 or 8 years ago but at 21 most people have left home and could if they want be married with 2 or 3 kids by then.

I don't mind it, I hate alcohol/crowds/people, but I do think it's stupid that you can go to war or star in a porno at 18 but can't drink a beer & if anyone deserves a beer it's the 18 year old who was pinned down by sniper fire or was slapped in the face by 20 dicks.

You mean like leaving school? I know people here who dropped out of school when they were 13.

Most people I went to school with don't have kids & didn't move out until they were 23 or 25, hell I'm 26 & I still live with my grandmother on my mother's side but that's because I'm taking care of her after my grandfather died (pay half the bills, mow the lawn, clean the house, etc.) & I'll probably stay till she dies Since I have no need/want/reason to leave.
IIN That you can go to war when you're 18, but not drink alcohol?

they won't let you in bars or clubs without ID proving you're 21 in most places here let alone serve you drinks.

If you don’t ID it could be someone who works for ABC and serving a minor is ridiculous fines and a loss of a liquor license for the business.
