When i'm at school or anywhere and i see a attactive girl or lady, i can't hold my eyes off her and just wanna stare at the female body shapes forever. Litterally forever. Is that normal?
That's going to creep people out. If you have to stare, try a 3 second rule. You look, count to three (in your head), then make yourself look away.
Oh. Don't do this. I used to stare at the guys I liked. I was deemed "weirdo", "creep", and "stalker" until I graduated.
I am a woman and I enjoy staring at beautiful women, and occasionally men. I am always finding the beauty in people, so I even stare at people who do not have that more conventional beauty. I am an artist and many fellow artists feel the same. I honestly don't think it should be thought of as a crime to stare at something you find beautiful, even if it is a person, as long as you don't follow them around drooling or something. Be polite about it and maybe give a slight smile and say "Hello" if she crosses your path. I don't like for people to notice I'm staring at them so I do try to hide it.
I am also prone to get stares and it does make me uncomfortable, but it's also quite flattering. I just try to block it out and accept the compliment silently. I felt a man staring at me behind sunglasses the other day and while I couldn't bring myself to face him, I felt pleased and appreciated and gave him a few peering moments. It does help if the observer is attractive or at least has no distinctive "creepy" features (like being black!... just kidding, although the more you look like those you stare at the less creepy you'll seem).

Whatever a desi girl is, that's not exactly what I'm saying. It depends on the individual and what features they find threatening or creepy. For example, as a white girl I'm likely to be creeped out by a staring stranger who is big black and bulky with bulging veins and popping yellow-stained eyes. If he was a mid-size black guy with a round face, maybe not so much.
There's a difference between staring and checking out. I will stare once she passes me and can't see me but if she can I will look around but focus on her for a few seconds. Straight up staring when she can see is weird that's why when my friends say "hey check her out"
I take a peak but they make it look all bad when there's a group of guys straight up lookin at the same time but yeah checking out women is normal just don't be that creeper guy.

Women in general are wondrous creatures and certainly more interesting that all the art in all the galleries of this world, to me.

It is normal. The female body is a beautiful thing. I once sat through a green light in the car, staring at a hot girl (jogger) waiting at the lights to cross. XD
It's normal, but it's better to just glance, or she would feel uncomfortable. I stare at cats. :D They don't care. Just saying, when you find something mesmerizing, you'd want to stare.
depends on self esteem on your own part and yeah....probably best not to over-do the whole stare thing or you may scare the life out of her but why should us men feel weird about this, i know women don't like to keep looking good only for us but there must be a tiny part of them does? looking is fine but theres a line i'd say and i'm sure SHE would make you well aware if it had been crossed lol!!!

It's normal but it tends to creep the person out if you do it too long. You don't want to give off a rapist vibe. Lol I'm a creep but if you do it well enough no one will know. But I know what your talking about, I'm a girl and I love checking other girls out. Even though I'm not sexually attracted to them but they are amazing to look at.
Here is a tip get reflective glasses and stare with you eyes and not your head no one realises and you can do it for hours and no one knows

While it is totally normal to stare and wanting to continue staring at someone or something you find attractive it's socially unacceptable and even 'threatening' to continue to stare.
Like someone else mentioned you're probably so fascinated by hot girls cause you're not getting laid (regularly) yet. When you see a hot girl you like go up and talk to her. If you sees you staring and she smiles at you, smile back. See if she likes you but please don't creep on her by staring and leering at her all the time.
LOL I've seen some guys do that to a girl and I've actually heard girls yell
"TAKE A PICTURE IT LASTS LONGER!" and they weren't flirting. They were annoyed, lol.
