Is it normal that water can make me not feel hungry?
I sometimes choose not to eat and sometimes there is nothing for me to eat so I drink alot of water and dont feel hungry at all.

It would be healthier to be drinking water AND eating well: it's possible to get ill from drinking too much water and not eating
Its water that we need. A person could hypothetically survive a whole month without eating, I imagine much longer if they are obese.
But a few days without water and you're screwed.
