It annoys the hell out of me too. There is a guy on one of the local radio stations that talks like that sometimes and when I hear it I want to snap his neck. On one of the other stations I listen to there is a middle aged woman that talks like that also and I want to snap her neck when she does it too. Bloody irritating as hell.
