Is it normal that vitamin c hurts my stomach a lot

When I take a vitamin it feels like my uper stomach is being stabbed afterwards and I feel sick like im going to puke. Its painful.

    Do you take it with food? Vitamin C is pretty acidic.

    There are many forms of food intolerance, sensitivities, and allergies.

    It sounds like you have a significant intolerance to either the vitamin or the "inert" ingredients that are used to form the supplement pill.
