One thing that still terrifies me was when my yahoo account got hacked and luckily for me I regained access by changing passwords and putting in 2 step authentication. It was a lesson learnt that I shouldn't be using insecure passwords.

    Always use 2 step verification and strong passwords for important and/or sensitive accounts.
