Welcome to the South AKA the "Bible belt." Anywhere with a heavy Baptist or especially Catholic influence is gonna be pretty sexually repressive- they believe things are meant to be done a certain (natural) way.
You'll probably have the best luck looking for someone whose family is from elsewhere, or who's parents haven't taken them to church much. Or both, as is the case with my girl:)
