I met plenty of women in useful occupations as well, like being a farmer, or nurse/doctor, or working as a teacher which is a needed job. I myself work in a wood factory doing physical work, which doesn't really fit your stereotype. Both men and women frequently work at stores.
And the fact many women actually have a boyfriend proves their standards are not that unrealistic (not saying none of them have). In many cases the boyfriend is even overweight and they dont have any "amazing" accomplishments like being rich or famous or something like that. I think you're really kind of a jerk, overly judgemental before getting to know someone and overly resentful which of course would keep women away. Maybe there are some other problems too, but I dont think that problem is with "all" women collectively... If absolutely nobody wants to date you, the problem probably is about you. You dont quite sound like a person anyone would want to date
