    Dunning Kruger Effect.
    It's a thing where stupid people think they are smarter than everyone and smart people think that are stupid.
    Not saying this is you but it applies to an awful lot of people I know.

      What I always hated as a kid was when I would say something that went over someone else's head, and then the stupid person would have the nerve to look at me like I'm crazy, because if some asshole doesn't understand I have to automatically be deemed the stupid one for sake someone's ego.

      I like it when people are honest, and say if they don't understand something. I also don't mind admitting if I don't understand something, or if something goes over my head.

      I don't actually know of course, but I wonder if this Dunning Kruger Effect is common on middle school campuses?

        Yeah, I think that's how it should be but I guess people like to think they know everything.
        Haha I imagine it is, still common when you're in your 20s though xD

      You are wrong. I have a lot of evidence that am the smart one, mainly the constant feedback i get and where it has gotten me
