Above my home is a pre-roman road going through miles of moorland and peat bog. The fog comes in fast and if you stray off the path you can get very lost or sink in a bog. Before it was a real road, it was so easy for ancient travellers to stray off the path, wander into the fog and disappear. Many sank in the bogs. Every time I go up there my imagination goes crazy. It's like an overwhelming mixture of awe, anxiety, panic and wonder.
Sorry for possibly irrelevant ramble, it's too hard to describe ..
IIN that some depictions Of nature give me this indescribable feeling?
