Is it normal that seeing a winky face ;) automatically makes me horny?

I can be having regular conversation with my bf, but if he puts a wink face in there, I automatically get horny. He uses them a lot when we talk dirty too. So I'm probably having a Pavlovian reaction to ;). Is this normal?
