Is it normal that people who talk at the grocery store piss me off so much

Like seriously, Why do people have to block the aisle when I'm trying to grab some fruitloops? Whenever I POLITELY ask them to move they get all pissy.

    It is annoying. But talking time isn't the only time some "people" act like the store is their bitch and that everyone revolves around them like a condom.

    That is annoying. Or when someone blocks an aisle with their cart or when little kids are throwing a tantrum in the middle of the aisle and the kids parents do nothing about it.The whole grocery shopping process is unpleasant.
