The pharmaceutical industry and food corporations will NEVER allow this. They make too much money continuing to over feed and supply obese people, and in "treating" them with medications for it
Excellent idea- im all for it- in fact i have this disgust for fat gluttony obese persons who have no self control in their otherwise controllable eating habits
But you would probably get murdered by lawyers if this idea ever came into a congressional hearing
