I understand the point on wanting to take on an extreme move for the purpose of saving lives and saving obese related illnesses and fatalities such as heart disease, diabetes, etc., which definitely becomes more likely when obese. But there are better ways to help the obese than to throw them into the long arm of the law for eating unhealthy or breaking their diet. People need to help and encourage, not punish.
