You want Body Fat Percentage not BMI. Muscle weight throws off BMI. Most BMI’s are bullshit to determining how “fat” someone is. Short, curvy, females get labeled Obese under BMI standards cause big tits and wide hips on a five footer confuse the system.
Body Fat Percentage is exactly what it sounds like, looks at fat rather than muscle or curves.
A built dude with a layer of fat is all fine and healthy, a dude with no muscle and a layer of fat is usually not as healthy.
Also your system would be flawed as some nationalities are much healthier and carry fat better than others.
Also your hate on carbs is ignorant. Humans are meant to be more herbivore than carnivore, you need your carbs more than anything. I regularly consume roots, bark, acorns, fir, grasses, wheat, barley, and ground minerals, which most westerners and Americans don’t eat at all, giving me about a 70% carb diet.
And yes, I am very healthy
Yes then body fat percentage. Americans dont eat acorns and bark. We eat potatoes, bleached bread, pasta, andva whole lot of sugar. Those carbs do in fact make make people fat.
IIN that obese people
