Rose, eating a healthy diet doesnt mean you have to have an eating disorder. Why cant women just eat normally. It always has to be an extreme, or a diet etc...most women I know are constantly eating something and its insane. Then they complain they are fat, dont eat for a day, give up, complain some more. Just put down the chocolate cake for christ sakes.
