Everyone has their own method. Simple nightly face-washing with Dove soap, added to changing the pillowcase every other day, worked out in my case. The Dove took out the facial oil, while the changing prevented coming into contact with the same oil every night. The hormones settled down after a few months of this, though, so I didn't need to keep it up for long. :)
