While I personally have no problem with women enjoying lesbian sex or a 21 and 16 year old having a relationship, or even really incest between consenting adults you have a combination of factors at play here that will complicate the hell out of both of your lives, likely for a good many years to come, if not forever.
I think a good honest sit down is in order. You could help her to understand her feelings and even give her advice about how you navigated your way through the difficulties of teenage sexual discovery, but letting her "have her fun" would be a very poor choice.
