I dunno, it's bad enough that OP's sister sounds weak and clingy, but I'm especially disturbed by the combination of a weak and needy sibling crawling in the bed and then groping and acting sexual. I honestly think the little bitch needs a good SMACK! She's being gross and disgusting in her behavior!
