To me that is completely normal. At a certain age everyone gets intrested in sex ,but not all know how to masturbate. I think it is nice to have an older sibling who is brave and chill enough to teach their sister that. She probably is awkward and needs to know. Just show her her with a demonstration by doing to her and then after have her practice on you or herself. it sounds weird, but maybe she wants to have sex with you, I mean what's hornier than two siblings having sex with each other? You are lucky you have a sister like that, I wish I did.
