Is it normal that my period is 3 days late?

I can't imagine what the equivalent of this would be for a man.

The closest I can think of is, "I haven't taken a dump in 3 days, does that mean I ... could... be... pregnant..?

You're fine calm down. It happens sometimes.
It's when you are like 2 weeks late that you should freak out and see a doctor.

I guess eating falls under health but it could be that youre eating less or something. I know from personal experience that not eating right (or at all) can slow down or even stop your period.

Your cycle can be affected by stress and health. You could be early or late up to two weeks, sometimes. You should relax about it and wait a little bit before jumping to assumptions.
