Is it normal that my period bothers me?

How do I keep the feeling of my blood trickling down my underwear from happening? It's annoying and I wanna stop it.

It's normal feel that way. Just be glad you are not charli.m. Her period makes her hate life, and blame it on people like me.

    Tampons are so much better

  • I've heard of one person ever out of all the countless people I know who've used tampons for most of their lives getting one stuck and it was just because the string came loose and her boyfriend pulled it out for her without any trouble. Don't let your moms hang ups make you hate your body. I recommend googling tampon myths. I just did and there are a bunch of articles. Pick the best one and show your mom. It might not change her mind right away, but it might help.

if a tampon has strings that hang out the vagina so its not going to "get lost up there", ever hear of a tampon recall? one time in the history of mankind, thats how many times. no one said you cant use a tampon and a pad. what the god of menstruation will visit you? do whatever you want piss on moms advice , i know tell her dad said use a tampon , that piss her off to no end.

If you hate the pad try to use a cup. I hear it's easier on some women.

Those long Always pads with wings are pretty good.

        • Have never used tampons. My mom won't let me use them. She says they'll get stuck there?

That's not possible! The cervix is too small to allow a tampon through.

Convince your mum to let you use them, otherwise the only other advise I can offer is to wear tighter clothes/underwear so the blood can quickly and more easily be soaked up by the pad. Good luck!

It depends, for me pads are more confortable.
I wore tampons for a few days the last time and i realized sitting all day at work using tampons gives me worse bellyaches.
