Is it normal that my penis head has lumps from the foreskin attachment breakin

I pulled my foreskin all the way back and I see the full head now but now I have little lumps and stuff left attached to my penis head from where the head and the foreskin were attached.... Is that normal?....

    Have a shower each day and pull the skin back and wash it with liquid soap, not harsh soap and don't spank too much for a month.

    Probably smegma, just a build up of dead skin cells and your body's natural lubricant, it's a glue like substance so it won't come off with just washing it with water, probably need to rub it off :)
