Is it normal that my neighbors stomp whenever i sneeze or cough?

It's a regular sneeze/cough, and I can't help it. The walls seem to be paper thin, even though when I asked them if they could hear anything they lied and said that they could hear nothing, and yet they stomp with one foot 3 or 4 times loud on the floor/ceiling whenever I or someone else coughs or sneezes. I'm so glad the lease is up soon.

Is It Normal?

    Maybe he or she has PTSD and is affected by loud noises.

      I doubt it, or else the times when they decide to play loud bass they're torturing themselves. "Personal Twice A Week Masochist Time!"

      Always, I always cover my mouth with the elbow of my sleeve or a tissue.
