Is it normal that my memory and mood are very linked?

I can barely remember stuff that happened a few hours ago if I was in a different mood when it happened. When I'm down, I can only remember negative experiences- even if they just happened, and all positive memories have the positive elements removed. Also, when I'm 'up' I can barely accept the existence of negative emotions, and when I'm down, I think I'm going insane but can't seek help. What is going on.

  • This might be difficult to understand, but this is part of my understanding of reality

All matter, including our skin and organs, has atoms with electrons. They bond and interact with other atoms in a system reminiscent of space.

From our perspective, we're solid beings, but really we are an intricately woven mass of matter held together by microscopic gravity. This is what Nikola Tesla was inspired by when he said everything is frequency and vibration

This is more of a personal experience I guess, but I can feel my emotions influence my body. The easiest one to describe I guess is depression/ loneliness. It kind of hurts to move and I could easily lie still for hours. I find comfort in not expending energy.

So for me I see what you describe in your post a sign that emotions and outlooks can influence someone's perception and decisions. And I personally liken that to Tesla's idea on how we are a vibration of matter, on how we are electrical beings, on spiritual ideas on energy
