There are two ways to go about this. One is your way. You hide your stuff. This is likely to piss her off or create tension between you and her. You might prefer this if you want her to learn a sour lesson. Or if you want the tension to lead to a conflict/conversation where you can finally sort things out.
But the second way she learns the lesson without endangering your housemateship with her. You still hide your stuff, but you make sure to leave empty/depleted toiletries hahaha. Toilet paper? Leave the cardboard roll in there, and hide your real stash. Wait until your body wash and shampoo bottles are empty, then buy new ones and leave empty ones in display. This is a safer route, where she still learns the lesson to have her own stuff, and she can't really be mad at you.
IIN that my housemate has stopped buying toiletries?
