Is it normal that my heart randomly beats hard

Like I could watching tv or doing stuff and then feel my heart beating hard in my chest like I did exercise or something. It doesnt happen often and goes away on its own though. Like this morning... making breakfast and felt my heart pounding, my pulse was 127, stayed like that for like a minute or so, want down to 74 and I'm ok.
No other problems except for once a couple months ago it made me feel weak and I had to sit down then it went away.
Does this ever happen to anyone else?

    Could be anxiety. Could be a heart issue. Ask a physician.

      I guess it could be anxiety. I stress and get worked up over small stuff... it's something I'm trying to change. I thought the heart pounding was from stress but it's happened when I'm calm too.
      And then I got a fitbit and it's the first time I saw how high my pulse was getting. Hope it's not a heart issue...

    Abnormal heartbeat or discomfort in chest can be caused by heart issues, low blood pressure, mental issues, physical condition, and so on. However, considered to your age what you said in the comment, you are possible to have mental anxiety or long-term lack of exercise that is also why you felt weak.

        If your only 19 that negates any age related issues. I think it may be anxiety. That will send your heart rate up. Do you also get a feeling of fear at the same time?

        It's best to see a doctor to be sure it's nothing else.
