you might have hyperflexia, which is basically where you were born with joints that move around more than average. that doesn’t mean it makes you stronger in any way, just more flexible in your joints. it’s relatively harmless, so if you think this is what you have, just don’t do it excessively or try to push it even further. you can damage your joints, but if you’re just a bit careful you’ll be fine.
i have it too, so i’m pretty sure you do by the looks of it!!
