Is it normal that my grown stepdaughter is so ungrateful?

I think it is unfair she lives better than me! I am so upset her husband bought her a huge four dollar piece of cake.She offered me some but I hate cake.She also still drinks wine that is money she should give back to me.
I took her fur coat out of her house and let the dog lay on it before so now she thinks I did it again because I dislike that she has fake fur coat.She gets so mad and it is so fun to tease her.I am calling the cops on her and having her charged with battery because she grabbed by my shirt and shook my shoulder. after the coat incident.She said she is going to tell them I mocking and harassing her with the coat thing.She said if I would leave her stuff alone and leave her alone none of this would happen.

Is It Normal?
