What the hell is this nonsense about no self-respect and cheating? Seriously.

First of all, don't feel hurt. Feel...trusted.
She trusts you so much, and she's willing to open up her desires to you, even the controversial ones.
You should definately concider it, but if you're not perfectly comfortable with doing so, don't go for it.
Ask her if she wants to be with a girl instead, because you don't feel comfortable with a guy around. If you want to, that is.
If she's not into that, well, then there's no threesome.
Or, you could also offer a compromise.
You'll do a threesome with a guy with her, and she'll do a threesome with a girl with you.
And again, both of you need to be completely comfortable with the choice you make.
If you're not, things will get uncomfortable, or one of you might even end up getting hurt.
