As others have said your girlfriend has a heavily misguided view of Japan, perhaps if you show her how low the crime rate is and some of the interesting aspects of Japanese culture and history she could change her mind. If not you don’t have to take her just because she is your girlfriend, do you have friends or relatives who would want to go with you, or would you consider going alone?
