There is nothing wrong with enjoying porn alone or with your partner, but when it negatively impacts or affects sex in your relationship, there is a problem.
I don't necessarily think your fiance is a jerk- I'm a licensed social worker and marriage/family therapist, and see problems like this quite often. He may very well have a pornography or sexual addiction that needs to be treated, or be depressed. YOU are not the problem, so do not blame yourself.
I would suggest that the two of you go to counseling together to discuss the rift that porn is causing in your relationship. If, after that, he is unwilling to change his behavior- I would seriously consider calling off the engagement and re-evaluating what you would be committing yourself to a lifetime of.
