I'm 19 years old and still in training bras. And I only wear training bras because it's socially normal for females over a certain age to wear some sort of bra. I could manage without, honestly. I sometimes work at my old middle school and I find it funny yet sad that every single 6th grader I see has bigger boobs than me.

Naturally slender women are less likely to have big breasts. As women who gain weight more easily, fat will accumulate in the breasts.
It's amusing that women fall for this myth that all men want big boobs. Hugh Hephner really messed these poor women's minds up when he started plucking off slender beauties and rushing them to surgery for their implants.
Lol no definitely not like that at all! But social media has made females with small boobs feel less than a woman. So I think of all the disadvantages of big boobs and that makes me feel better about my small boobs. I hope all females with big boobs love their big boobs as well!!
So do women REALLY notice or care about guys and "mpb"or Male Pattern Baldness ? I used to be so self conscience about the receding (and not stopped yet) hairline. But for me, that dr bosley- wanted close to $10,000 you rearrange my hair follicles. I will live with it like it is. Thanks anyway.
It could be diet related. Sweet potatoes and wild yams are high in estrogen. Soy is high plant estrogen. These foods will increase your breast size. There are more foods that will do this, like Vanilla Beans.
Soy has health risks but if you still want to eat it, make sure it's organic.
Eat estrogen rich food such as tofu and soybean and if u wanna pack on some healthy weight then I can advice u a receipe which u can try for one and a half month and see the result. In a mixer put 100 gm of chocolate flavor whey protein or soy proten with 100 gm of chocolate flavor Horlicks with 2 ripe bananas 100 ml of chocolate flavour ice cream and 500 ml of chilled milk blend it together and consume it in the morning and see the result in a month.
