Is it normal that my cat seems to be judging me constantly?

He will sit there and stare at me when I'm doing something wrong like pigging out on something or using the toilet. I thought about locking him in a room when I'm doing those actions.

    he's showing affection asshole, next time instead of ignoring him slowly blink at him to show that you love him!!!!

    That is pretty much basic feline behavior. My cat's do that but mostly out of affection.

    Maybe he wants to know why he's not allowed to use the toilet, instead having to use the liter box and dig to cover his poop
