Is it normal that my brother stares at me(sister) intensely whenever we are talking?

I don't know if I'm being too sensitive or something, but his staring is so intense that I can't even look at him, it's just overwhelming. He also stands too close sometimes too. It makes me feel wrong and uncomfortable, like I am scum for being born a woman.

I also can't exactly confront him about it because any sort of criticism, no matter how big or how small, makes him blow up.

I grew up with a guy like that he'd stare a hole through your head and get too close. I have no advice. I would tell him to stop though regardless if he got mad

Wow that’s so strange. Does he only do that to you or other people too?

O I think purity my little brother used to do the same so I just showed him a pussy then went to his room and put his penis and I've watched

I feel that says more about your issues than his.

Is he staring at your face or into your eyes, or at your breast, butt, or legs?

Direct eye or face contact usually means that they are actually trying to communicate better (and sometimes its a threat they are communicating). That can be uncomfortable for some people.

If he is staring at the other parts of your body... He's interested in a lot more than talking... and likely in an unhealthy way (like why cannot he casually tell you he things you are hot - even if you have no interest in him and reject his interest in you that way).

2 significantly differences... and 2 different issues to respond too.

I wish you the best in this,

If you had a sister, and you found her sexually attractive, would you tell her? I wouldn't imagine the answer's yes.

Besides the issue of the staring itself, why does it make you feel like scum for being a woman?

Is he going through puberty. He is probably curious and ogling your body because that’s what teenage boys do to young girls/women. He will likely grow out of it in a year or so, meanwhile just tell him to back off and stop staring at you. Siblings are supposed to argue and hate each other anyway.
